Return / Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return:
- ◈ Merchandise can only be returned if it is damaged or defective.
- ◈ Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- ◈ Products must be unused, in original packaging, with unremoved tags and invoice.
How to Return:
- ◈ Call the helpdesk at 9994807208 within 7 days (10:00 am - 5:30 pm IST, except Sundays).
- ◈ Returns are collected by courier, and the original invoice required.
Conditions:
- ◈ No returns after 7 days.
- ◈ Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice.
- ◈ Customers are required to share a packing video when returning the shipment to ensure proper packaging and compliance with our return policy.
- ◈ For hygiene reasons, altered products cannot be returned.
- ◈ Refunds will be initiated only after our QC check and satisfactory results.
Non-Returnable Items:
- ◈ Custom Jewelry, special orders, Nose pin, Gold/Silver coins, Gift Cards, and customized products.
- ◈ Shipping and service charges will be deducted for returned orders.
Refund Process:
- ◈ Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the product is received.
- ◈ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- ◈ Credit card refunds may take longer due to the bank's processing time.
Important Notes:
- ◈ Always check packaging before accepting delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately.
- ◈ For damaged items accepted, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled, including limitations on quantities available for sale, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned to your card account.
Customers can cancel a ready-to-ship order before it has been dispatched. If a cancellation request is received for such an order, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, the refund will be issued after deducting the payment gateway service charges, which may range from 0.5% to 4%, depending on the payment method used. The remaining amount will be credited back to the customer's account (the same account from which the original payment was made). Please be aware that gold coins, bars, and solitaire orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
(Please note: If a fraud alert, dispute, or chargeback indicating suspicious activity is received before an order is dispatched or delivered, we will deduct the applicable payment gateway service charges from the refund. Please note that no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered.)
