Common Questions
I am not receiving my login OTP.
Make sure your mobile number is entered correctly and your device has network coverage. The OTP can take up to a minute to arrive. If it still doesn't arrive, tap "Resend OTP" or contact us on the number above.
How does KYC verification work?
To buy gold or join a savings scheme, you'll be asked to upload images of your PAN card and Aadhar card inside the app. You can take a photo with your camera or choose an existing image from your gallery. Verification is usually completed within 1–2 business days.
My payment was deducted but the transaction shows as pending.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Occasionally a bank confirmation can take a few minutes. If your transaction stays pending for more than 30 minutes, contact us with your registered mobile number and the payment reference — we'll resolve it promptly. Failed payments are automatically refunded by the bank within 5–7 business days.
How do I update my profile photo or details?
Open the app, go to Settings → Edit Profile. You can update your photo by taking a new picture or choosing one from your gallery — the app will ask for camera or photo permission the first time you do this.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
The app sends notifications for payment confirmations, gold rate updates, and scheme reminders. You can enable or disable them any time from your device's Settings → Notifications → RK Jewellery.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at info@rkjewellery.org from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or call us on +91 99948 07208. After verifying your identity, we will delete your account and personal data, except for records we are legally required to retain.
